Scott Fisher, wildlife biologist with the Washington Department of Natural Resources, will present a free program, “Canada Lynx Recovery in Washington, and Other Footnotes,” in Colville on Friday, April 1st. Fisher is the head of a lynx habitat study in Okanogan County. The event is sponsored by the Friends of the Little Pend Oreille Wildlife Refuge.
